By downloading or using the Deus.iA app (the "Application"), you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
1. License
Use of the Application is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. The Standard EULA is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2. Nature of the service
Deus.iA is a Bible-grounded pastoral assistant. Replies are AI-generated and intended for reflection, study, and encouragement. The Application is not a substitute for pastoral care, professional counseling, medical advice, or emergency services. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
3. Account and content
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials confidential. You agree not to use the Application for unlawful purposes, to harass others, or to attempt to disrupt the service.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
Auto-renewing subscriptions and message packs are sold through the Apple App Store. Title, duration, and price are shown in the app before purchase. Renewal, cancellation, and refund policies follow Apple's standard rules; manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
5. Privacy
Use of the Application is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer
The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.
7. Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Application after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
